Order Processing

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation at your provided address. Please retain this email as proof of purchase. Should any issues arise, we’ll require your order number for assistance. If you do not receive an email from us after your purchase, kindly check your spam folder or reach out to us. Incorrect email addresses may lead to non-receipt.

Handling and Processing Time

Processing time pertains to the duration required to prepare your order for shipping, distinct from the delivery estimate. While most items default to express postage, this does not imply immediate processing priority. After payment verification, all orders are processed within three days. Some orders may be processed on the same day or within as little as one day upon payment completion. We’ll promptly notify you of any unexpected delays.

Shipment Rates and Estimated Delivery

We strive to expedite your order’s delivery. Delivery times are estimations commencing from the shipment date, not the order placement date. They serve as approximate guidelines and are subject to order acceptance and approval. Weather-related delays and unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. Barring exceptional circumstances, we make every endeavor to fulfill your order.

4.1 Express Shipping
Metropolitan areas can expect delivery within 1-3 business days; additional time may be required for WA, NT, or certain regional areas. Express shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

4.2 Standard Shipping
Delivery is anticipated within 9 business days. Standard shipping costs will be provided during checkout.

4.3 Please Note

  • Business days encompass Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Products may arrive in separate shipments. You’ll be notified along with the respective tracking details.
  • We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
  • Auspost’s new auto sorting machines may occasionally lead to incorrect sorting and inter-state or intra-state facility bouncing. Notify us immediately, and we’ll request Auspost to manually address the issue. This is a complimentary service, and we’ll keep you updated on progress.

TangledRoots prioritizes transparency in the shipping process. Upon confirmation and dispatch of your order, you’ll receive a tracking link. All items from our store are dispatched via tracked service.

All orders delivered within Australia automatically include tracking.
