- 5.4. TangledRoots may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund within 14 days for unopened and saleable Products. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund. No refund can be provided for pre-sterilized items due to their perishable nature.
Warranty
6.1. TangledRoots Products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the Product, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You also have the right to have the Products repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not constitute a major failure (referred to as the ‘Warranty’).
6.2. You may make a Warranty Claim for material defects and workmanship in the Products within 14 days, unless otherwise stated in the listing, from the date of purchase (the ‘Warranty Period’).
6.3. To make a Warranty Claim, you must provide proof of purchase to TangledRoots, including the date of purchase, a description of the Products, and the price paid for the Products.
6.4. If the Warranty Claim is accepted, TangledRoots will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective Products during the Warranty Period at no charge to you for parts or labor. You acknowledge that you will be solely responsible for any postage or shipping costs incurred for the Warranty Claim.
- 6.5. The Warranty provided by TangledRootd is exclusive and constitutes the sole remedy available to you, in addition to other rights under applicable laws.
